Kathy, we had an amazing time. The area is very quiet and little to no traffic. We got to use the pool one day throughout our stay because the weather was somewhat chilly. Although, we found other things to do for my 7-y/o and we loved being able to take our dog. Thank you so much.

This was a fantastic vacation! We had 11 adults stay at Kokonut Kottage for two nights and had a WONDERFUL time. The place is much bigger than it looks from the outside with 3 full bedrooms and 2 baths. The house is very nice, beds comfortable, extremely clean and Kathy is helpful, kind, and very responsive. She made planning our trip so easy. There was plenty of parking, a nice backyard if you bring pets and even a private, above ground pool! We couldn't have asked for anything better and the price fit our budget. We will definitely be back!

What a place! We had a bachelor party with 8 people for 3 days and could not have asked for a better spot. Kent and Kathy were great. They made us feel right at home. As for the location, it is perfect. Less than a five minute drive to the beach, however, they do have there own little beach behind the pool house. We are definitely thinking about having a yearly party here from now on. Thanks for everthing.

Kathy's places are fantastic !!! We rented the 3 bedroom and also the one bedroom unit. I know it can be risky renting something you have never actually seen but this was great. Very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Kathy was always available to answer our questions about local places and things to do. You may contact me with any questions you might have. I highly recommend her place and would not hesitate to rent from her again.

This place was perfect! Kathy made us feel right at home and I could not imagine a more comfortable, clean place to vacation! The location was perfect, and close to everything we wanted to do! If you are planning a vacation and decide not to come here because of the oil spill, then you are missing out. The beaches are still beautiful(we saw no signs of oil), there is plenty to do, lots of good seafood, and the hospitality, especially here at Kathy's place could not be any better. We enjoyed the sunrise on the boat dock and our evenings under the ceiling fans on the covered deck, watching the fish jump out of the water. We could not have asked for a better vacation!

This was our 2nd visit this summer to the "Mango" house. Our first visit our family stayed in Kathy's appartment and it was amazing. This time we stayed in Mango Moon (3 bedroom house) which was even more amazing. Once again we had all the comforts of home. Our family loves staying with Kathy & Kent. They both are some of the sweetest people we have ever met. Staying at one of their properties is like staying with family. Thanks Kathy for everything!

What a great location! We are exercise enthusiasts and this is a wonderful place to ride bikes, walk and jog! The fitness trail is just around the corner! We loved the private location and ample space for our family to 'spread out'. We will definately be back!

The cottage was perfect, everything was close such as restaurants, shopping, the beach, which was wonderful, the weather was great. I loved the porches and the boat dock, and being able to see Bubba the duck, I will be calling again next year when it is time for my vacation, I would love to come back in October but unfortuatly the doctors office will be too busy to take off. Thank-you Kathy and Kent for having everything so nice and for furnishing everything we needed for a great vacation.

We were at your Cute Beach Cottage in April and had a great time! We went to the gulf beach everyday and also were able to use our own boat to explore the inland waters. We hope to return next year. You are in the perfect location for a trip to Orange Beach!

What a great place to relax! I loved the cute nautical decorations and the fact it was so clean! My two sons learned to crab off the boat dock. With the beach just around the corner, we spent many days on the Gulf beaches. We will definately be back!
